In this episode, Leo talks about how playing golf changed his life. he believes that golf is "80% mental because you're hitting the same shot. You're hitting different shots, but you're swinging relatively the same way. It's how well you consistently repeat a movement in different scenarios, and it requires you to have a consistent process and a consistent rhythm. "

How do you build a connection? He added that for you to have a consistent process and rhythm, you need to be able to have a clear mind and a very directed mind. You also need to direct your awareness to a small focus, a small target, and you need to be able to match that target with a rhythm. And that is really what connection is all about."
