David is a Husband, Father, Serial Entrepreneur, and Investor. He started as an entrepreneur in 2009 after the major company he worked for shut its doors, leaving him having to find another path in life. David went to work and launched his first business in the insurance industry. He took the business from scratch and grew it to $22 million in reoccurring revenue over a few years.
Since then, David has successfully launched and scaled numerous 7 & 8 figure businesses. He is the co-founder of www.Teamhired.com which is a dedicated recruiting company that successfully staffs insurance agencies around the country, 15 million in real estate/Airbnb's, a Strategic Partner in Ricochet360, and a Co-Founder of Jarvi a software that automates the hiring and training process in any organization powered by AI.
David is also a firm believer in philanthropy, and David is also the co-founder of 5thdegree.com, the world's first kids mastermind dedicated to teaching the next generation about the 5 core areas of life: Faith, Family, Finance, Fitness, and Freedom. The mission of the 5th Degree Academy is to teach kids what the traditional education system just isn't teaching anymore.
