In today's episode, Dale introduces you to Bobbie Collies, the Vice President of Strategic Distribution at Grange Insurance. She focuses ton strategic account management and emerging distribution, helping to keep her company relevant in today's industry. Some of the key points she focuses on that has made her a successful leader is establishing trust, vulnerability, and creating safe spaces for ideation and thinking outside the box. Empowering team members and giving them permission to brainstorm, be real and vulnerable, and feel supported are key elements to make a team great. Bobbie also discusses her focus throughout the years on EQ and how important that has been during her leadership to help read the room, implement change, and help to look into the future for business, teams and industry.
