Adam Walker is a Ross Maclean Senior Research Fellow, the Bill Guest Fight MND Mid- Career Research Fellow. He works from the Walker Lab at the Queensland Brain Institute

Adam has focused on uncovering the mechanisms of MND and FTD for over 15 years. He obtained his BSc(Hons) in biochemistry from the University of Tasmania, PhD in neuroscience from the University of Melbourne, and was a postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Neurodegenerative Disease Research at the University of Pennsylvania and at Macquarie University, Sydney before founding the lab at QBI.
