We tried to play by the rules & get a job with a pension, intending to ride it out until retirement but that path didn't sit right with us. Like:

-Trading our time for dollars

-Building someone else's dream

-Asking for time off

-Income Ceilings

We knew we had to shake it up!

We discovered what worked for our parents, wasn't necessarily working for us. Giving ourselves permission to break away from what we thought was expected of us, freed us to carve our own path to be financially independent on our own terms. For us that new path turned into house hacking.
