This ain’t your mama’s mindset practice. ;) Mindset work is taught SO many different ways by so many different people. But the way I look at mindset work, is doing things that make you feel good and allow you to show up in the world the way you want to, as a business owner AND a mom.

And the thing that REALLY shifted and upleveled my own mindset game and allowed me to go from feeling overwhelmed AF, like I couldn’t take a deep breath, and unable to rest or relax even when I had built an amazing team and a business that was making plenty of money and meant that I didn’t have to work a bazillion hours, to being able to hold the hard times in life and business, hold my business and my kids through a REALLY rough year personally, actually take true restful time OFF for myself, lots of truly present time with my kids, and really and truly feeling PEACE regardless of what was going on in my business…

That was bringing somatic/physical components into my mindset practice. And in today’s episode I’m gonna teach it to you and show you how to make it your own. Let’s go!
