Welcome to the first episode of the Wise Doula Podcast. My name is Marta Arandia and I will be your podcast host. I am a doula, educator and owner of Loving Belly Doula Services LLC. This podcast has been a labor of love and I hope to bring that love to you as well. My intention is to create a supportive community for parents, grandparents, and anyone interested in birth and postpartum. This is a safe and welcoming space, a place for relaxed and honest conversations. We will cover different topics related to conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and emotional/mental health. It is my desire to help you get ready for parenthood and to support you every step of the way.
