Can you find the threads in your story that built your protective armor but now seem to be weighing you down? I found a key thread in my story through a recent trip to Disney and a Jennie Allen book on the plane ride home.

Once you see those threads in yourself, you can't unsee them. But unraveling the threads takes a little next level focus and reflection on your life. Getting clean with your threads will change your future and create strength in your reset.

My thread: "I wasn't picked (insert special, noticed, valuable)"

That led to: overachieving to be noticed, letting my value come from "picked and seen" by accolades and achievements, and an extreme attachment in my 5-year-old daughter.

What threads built you?

And what threads contributed to your unraveling?

What are you most proud of? Why?

Where do you turn for strength?

Bible Verse: 2 Chronicles 28-29 "His mother’s name was Abijah daughter of Zechariah. He did what was right in the eyes of the Lord, just as his father David had done."
