Which sounds worse to you: having nothing to do or an endless to-do list? I bet you would say nothing ... but do you really mean it?

I never did.

Here's how I knew: I just found new things to do instead of resting.

It's exhausting.

There's a reason that endless to-do list keeps occurring. And it's not your circumstances.

It's the personal value you tie to working more and being more capable.

Attaching your value to work is an endless cycle of exhaustion that will eventually lead to an unraveling.

And the reset requires a little space for yourself... to clear your to-do list AND find the simplicity and peace in the path that was meant for you.

References: Psalm 46:10 "Be still and know that I am God" Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not rely on your own undestanding. In all your ways know Him and He will make your path straight."
