Psychonauts, today's episode has a more somber tone to it. If the title didn't give it away already, this episode is all about experiencing the grief process.

Grief comes in so many shapes and forms, from different sources, and the process is highly non-linear. Which has frustrated me and likely many of you to no end.

I open up about my experience with the grief process on Oct 6, the one year anniversary of my childhood friend's passing. A passing that left me feeling confused and angry for months after. I highlight how I felt at the different stages of grief, how I bounced around from stage to stage, and what it felt like to hit a deeper level of acceptance.

If this episode at all resonates with you, know that I am here for you as a fellow human who has recently navigated the grief process. You are never alone in what you are going through, and at the end of the episode, I outline my 5 best practices for anyone experiencing grief.
