Imagine drifting into a deeply relaxing sleep tonight with ease. Your mind is quiet, your body is peaceful, and you feel content with everything you accomplished today. As the warm haze of sleep washes over you, you smile knowing that when you wake up you’ll feel revitalized, restored, and ready for your day.

Difficulty falling asleep and/or staying asleep is one of the most common concerns clients share with me. High quality sleep is the single most important factor when it comes to healing because our body needs this time to cleanse, repair, organize, and mend our body, mind, and spirit.

I created this simple, yet powerful sleep meditation for one of my private clients and she loved it SO much that I felt called to share it with all of you.
