In this episode, I explain the different types of injuries according to which tissue was damaged. These categories include muscle strains, tendon injuries, ligament sprains, cartilage injuries, nerve injuries and bone injuries. Understanding what type of injury you have is useful when determining the most appropriate treatment plan and will help expedite the recovery process.
