If you’re entering this episode in a time when things are tight, know you’re not alone. I have been there in times of just getting by. But this is not forever; this can be just a speed bump in life. You can reach a time of abundance and financial security. I want to share with you steps that have helped me move from a scarcity mindset into one of abundance.

  • Eliminate short term perspective – overspending and overeating are symptoms of shortsightedness.
  • Focus on what you have – be grateful for the things already present in your life
  • Don’t be a complainer - be positive and include positive people in your social circle
  • Focus on what you CAN have - think about and visualize your goals
  • Avoid wasting time - value your time and you'll have more of it
  • Keep a journal - find gratitude, write about what you have and what you want
  • Get organized - this can quickly change your mind from scarcity to abundance
  • Be Generous - the more you share, the more others will share with you

Now, an abundance mindset isn't magic, and abundance is not all about money. You can be the wealthiest person in the world and never live in abundance. But removing feelings of scarcity and shifting into a mindset of abundance will allow you to enthusiastically take the necessary steps in your life to get there.
