In this episode Kevin talked to Lauren Plaine, MPS,BSN,RN,CEN. Lauren is an emergency nurse who has transitioned into healthcare policy and research. We discuss her journey from the bedside to her current role supporting federal agencies on emergency preparedness and response.

Lauren shares insights on being the inaugural Emerging Professional Liaison to the ENA Board of Directors. In this role she was able to provide the perspective of nurses early in their careers.
