Welcome to the introductory episode of the Open Wound Research Podcast. I'm your host, Zwelithini Tunyiswa, CEO of Open Wound Research.

One of our core aims is to advance greater discourse in the community. Together, we want to explore the complexities of wound care, challenge assumptions and fallacies, and foster meaningful dialogue that advances the field.

During the course of our work at Open Wound Research, we engage frequently and widely with a panoply of figures in the world of wound care. These experts come from a variety of backgrounds and bring insights that we have found both elucidating and valuable ,and we want to share them with you. It is our aim for you to get to know our guests and to allow them the time to flesh out their history Ideas, work, goals, and aspirations.

Hence, guest interviews will be about an hour long.

So whether you're a seasoned expert and aspiring researcher or simply curious about the latest developments in wound care, follow our YouTube channel, find us on Spotify, Apple Podcast, check our LinkedIn page, or simply visit https://www.openwoundresearch.com/. I thank you for your kind attention and look forward to hearing from you via whichever medium is most convenient for you.
