Mental noise is something every human experiences. We think about the future, the past, the present sometimes all at once. In this episode Michael and I share our own experiences with mental noise, what it means for us and the tools we use to quiet mental noise. Mastering the ability to quiet your mental noise is like having your own super power.

If you struggle with intrusive thoughts, or thoughts about what might happen, what you wish was different, or how to solve all your problems, and if you would like to learn how to change that, have more clarity and a greater capacity to fulfill your roles in your life this episode is the one for you.
