nHPT - Normocalcemic Hyperparathyroidism.

PTH - Parathyroid Hormone Level.

ng/L - Blood chemistry measurement.

CLARIFICATIONS:

Hyperplasia verses single adenoma.

Hyperplasia affects all four glands and the glands become enlarged.

A single adenoma usually a benign (non-cancerous) tumour of the gland.
