Last week my family and I took a trip into the Mountains of New Hampshire and here are my tips for getting back in the groove with your podcast, business and life.

1. Give yourself grace.

2. Revisit your podcast content framework to get reenergized about your podcast.

3. Do something for yourself.

4. Reconnect with someone or something that’s familiar.

5. Listen to episode 5- my interview with Angela Masciulli- Business & Confidence Coach @angela.masciulli


6. Set your goals (one month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 yr) and leave them where you can see them daily
