Loz Nicholson is back in black, and Flames fans are ecstatic to see her in her home team strip.
A reigning WNBL Champ; Loz is having a stellar season that has literally kept the team in the hunt! A part of this seasons MVP conversation she returns to STB in a fun chat that's equal parts entertaining and enlightening.
We wind back the clock to her first WNBL championship in 16/17 in Sydney and her decision to leave her hometown, to the present day and her surprise that she is still learning & improving nearing a decade later with an inspiring group of new teammates and coaches.
We’re always grateful to Loz for sharing her vulnerability, her evolution as a player and her growing confidence back on home turf that’s boosted her performance along with her joy of the game!
It’s a timely conversation leading into this weekend’s blockbuster event at Qudos Arena - the first WNBL standalone arena game for women’s hoops in NSW with an epic showdown between the Sydney Flames and the Southside Flyers in an important match up before playoffs!
Get around it, folks!!
