In a Volunteer Week special production by the MA Visual Journalism students at University of South Wales, Fiona Mansell hosts the first in a series of three podcasts reflecting the thoughts and actions of Generation Z when it comes to giving their time and energy for free.
Grace talks about working with young people in the boxing ring, Megan focuses on her work with Cardiff City Ladies, comedian Sylvester who spent some time in Nigeria supporting young people and Holly, who has had a number of volunteer roles, including with the Girl Guides.
