After nearly 19 years as an intelligence analyst in the US Intelligence Community, much of it spent at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Nikki Rutman became Director of Global Intelligence at a multinational pharmaceutical company. In the inaugural episode of Back to Source, Nikki reveals how she built her intelligence function from scratch, including how she learned about the business, how she conveyed the value of intelligence to corporate stakeholders, and her biggest surprises and challenges as she navigated this new challenge.
