Today, I’m joined by the incredible Marc Caulfield, someone who knows firsthand how alcohol can affect mental health, especially in the workplace.

Marc spent 28 years in the advertising world, where alcohol was often at the heart of business culture, but his own struggles with mental health led him to create a new mission: helping organisations foster healthier, more supportive work environments.

In this episode, we talk about Marc’s personal journey, how alcohol became a crutch for dealing with self-doubt, and why workplaces need to prioritise mental well-being. Marc shares his insights on creating psychologically safe environments where everyone feels empowered to speak up, and how shifting away from an alcohol-centred culture can lead to better mental health for employees.
