Her day job as a partner at Flux Trends involves helping business leaders to use foresight to design the future they want to live and work in. Tessa Dooms is a Director at the Rivonia Circle. She is a sociologist, political analyst, and development practitioner with 15 years’ experience. She holds a Master of Arts from the University of the Witwatersrand. Tessa is a trustee of the Kagiso Trust.
