Since joining AXA in 2007, she has held pivotal roles, including HR Business Partner, HR Development Manager for Southern Europe, and Head of Development and Business Partnering.
Sandrine played a crucial role in integrating multiple AXA entities and supporting major mergers. In 2018, she became Europe Head of HR, and in 2019, Chief HR Officer for APAC & Europe, overseeing HR operations across 15+ countries.
