He was named a 2024 Real Estate Newsmaker by RISMedia, his second time receiving the distinction, and is a prominent voice in real estate technology and artificial intelligence.
Kimberly Allard is a broker/owner and a national speaker on real estate leadership, DOJ issues and public policy. She has been inducted in to the REALTOR Political Action Hall of Fame, has served as a member of the NAR Executive Committee and was appointed by the Massachusetts governor to serve as commissioner for the Board of Real Estate Broker & Salespersons for the MA Division of Professional Licensure.
