Hey everyone! I’m so excited to introduce you to Mary-Frances Buckland, an incredible life, health, and transformation coach who’s dedicated to helping others heal and find their true selves!
Mary-Frances is not only a coach, but she’s also certified in Reiki therapy, hypnotherapy, and is a certified Mastermind leader and beekeeper. With 18 years of teaching experience, she’s shared her wisdom on stages like Secret Knock, a top-rated event by Forbes, Inc., and Entrepreneur.
Her journey to becoming a coach started with her own life experiences. After her 20-year marriage ended in divorce, Mary-Frances found herself in a cycle of relationships that weren’t serving her. It wasn’t until she began her journey of self-discovery that she realized she needed to heal from her past to truly help others.
Mary-Frances fulfilled a promise to her mother to care for her father until he passed away, and after his transition, she dedicated herself to understanding and healing her own life. This journey led her to write a powerful book that’s inspired many.
She’s also a featured author in Station 42, an Amazon bestseller, and contributed to The Secret of Happiness, a book coming out in 2023.
