Conquering Ironman and Ultra Running: Terri's quest for self-improvement led her to compete in Ironman triathlons across Utah, Wisconsin, Coeur d'Alene, and Canada, despite her initial fear of water. Through small events and gradual exposure, she overcame her fear, demonstrating remarkable courage and determination.
