Tim Vogel is the owner of Scenthound, a monthly dog care club that offers baths, ear cleaning, nail trimming and teeth brushing, in addition to other grooming services.
Tim is a seed planter. He loves helping people and businesses grow. His favorite question "What's your superpower?" Whe npeople work with their natural genius, they deliver their best results - it's that simple.
As an entrepreneur and CEO, He lives his passion every day. He has extensive experience starting and running small to mid-sized, early to mid-stage companies. His role is constantly evolving as his business grows, but his focus always remains on coaching his team. His superpower? Asking the right questions, identifying barriers, and offering creative process-driven solutions.
Combining his entrepreneurial drive, his love for my dog 'Lucy', and his desire to make a difference in peoples’ lives, He has spent the last decade and a half building and growing businesses in the pet space. They started with a single mobile grooming van in 2005. In 2015, they have founded a new concept in dog care designed to improve the lives of dogs and their humans by removing barriers to clean, healthy dogs. Today, Scenthound is an innovative franchise enterprise poised to revolutionize the dog grooming industry.
Vogel’s business model is simple: to provide fast, easy and affordable care for dogs that don’t need regular hair cuts. For $25, members can have their dog’s coat, ears, nails and teeth cared for once a month. Unlimited baths, ear cleanings, nail trims and teeth brushing are available for $45 a month. The services are provided on a walk-in basis within about 15 minutes, Vogel said.
The company, which operates four mobile units and three retail locations, also works with two of the county’s largest pet shelters, providing information on grooming and routine dog care to new pet owners, as well as free services to those who adopt a new pet.
