Coach Patty Medina is the founder of the non-profit, Hooper Mentality, a charitable organization that provides mental training, life skills coaching, and leadership workshops during basketball camps and clinics around the world. She is a two-time NCCAA West Region Coach of the Year and has been coaching basketball at all levels for 16 years. Despite all these accomplishments, Coach Patty came from humble beginnings. She talks about her journey from not knowing a word of English to becoming a strong leader in women's basketball.
