Kate is continuing work on her Dark and Stormy sweater. Finished the short rows for the collar and working on the button bands now.
She is working here and there on her breakwater socks, almost to the heel.
Lindsey is continuing to work on hubby socks, she’s got the heel done, they just might get done before Christmas after all!
Lindsey is trying to knit mittens for Miss O using a worsted weight Rhichard Devrieze yarn, the colour is called seaside. Someone is anxious for these to be finished.
?Alterations:
Lindsey discusses some of the hiccups she has run into starting Miss O’s mittens. There have been a few restarts and some pattern mixing and matching.
Kate and her mom enlist some help from experienced spinners at the Royal Winter Fair to find out why her hand spun is feeling a bit coarse/hard. The answer may surprise you.
