Episode 29 This week on She made me do it Lulu & Daz are joined in the Studio by Wendy Budd teaching us the benefits of CBD oil. Wendy set up Budd's herbal Apothecary in 2012. She is a medical herbalist and member of the national institute of medical herbalists (nimh) and runs the apothecary with her son Rowan, a pompy girl and loves this waterfront city. The apothecary is situated in Albert rd in her mind the best place in Southsea. She loves that the Albert rd has remained indepentant with many thriving local businesses and is so pleased and proud to be a part of it. The health and well being vibe is growing strong in southsea what with portsmouth yoga and clean eating restaurants such as simply wholesome and wild thyme. I am so happy to be a part of it and do her job which she loves. It is truly and honour and a privilege to be a medical herbalist. www.buddsherbalmedicine.co.uk
