I’m laying out the good, bad, and the ugly truth “Traumatic bonding” A lot of people may ask what it’s traumatic bonding? The Definition is simply put it’s when you form a bond or a strong, emotional attachment between an abused person and his or her abuser, formed as a result of the cycle of violence. It’s an ongoing cycle of abuse in which the intermittent reinforcement of reward and punishment creates powerful emotional bonds that are resistant to change. Warning ⚠️ please understand this is not healthy, it’s NOT love, friendship, or family! Traumatic behavior is the misuse of fear, excitement, sexual feelings, and sexual physiology to entangle another person. Also this is not just applied to one group this can be in relations to friends, family members, and even coworkers.
