Sheba is a Sex & Intimacy Coach and Erotic Artist located in St. Petersburg, FL. She leads kink-friendly/queer-friendly workshops encouraging intimacy building and creating a playful, explorative, exciting dynamic in your sex life.

She is thrilled to have special guest Javonna Arriaga Episode 3!
Javonna Arriaga will be discussing how to date & be in relationships with trauma. She is a therapist based In Miami.

Javonna began her healing journey in 2017 first seeking to break her own intergenerational trauma and quickly moved into working with others using her organized nature to help clients on their journey. Through the continued development of her own relationship with her ancestors, she encourages connection with her clients. Javonna believes in creativity and expression as connection with the higher self. As she continues to challenge oppressive cycles through her own healing, she joins her clients as a Liberation Partner alongside in collaboration. Javonna graduated with her Bachelors of Arts in Drama Performance from the University of Washington, Seattle, WA in 2013 and has been a performance artist for 14 years. Javonna has also worked as a project manager in multiple professions including manufacturing, nonprofit, interior design, and events. She has six years of project management experience. She just finished her M.S. in Couple and Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University in Miami, FL. Javonna applies systemic theory, social constructionism, decolonial frameworks and feminist theory in her work to deepen your relationship with your higher self.
