Today's guest Maddy Dychtwald, author of “Ageless Aging: A Woman’s Guide to Increasing Healthspan, Brainspan and Lifespan had me at “HELLO.” With a family history of Alzheimer's Disease, Maddy took an early interest in her health and used what she learned to create a one-stop resource for women who want to live better and longer.

In this episode, we talk about the holistic bouquet of ingredients she uses to combat the effects of women and aging.
