自COVID-19、烏俄戰爭後，台灣與中東歐國家（波羅的海三國、波蘭、捷克等）的關係突然密切起來，或感於同在地球村、以及遭帝國威脅的同理心所致。所以近日林蔚昀出版《世界之鑰》，就試圖拉近雙方關係，並上溯從大航海時代，波蘭即與台灣偶然的接觸。去年台灣書展以波蘭為主題，引發一陣熱潮，所以文化、文學連結成為當務之急。
