Part 1: My guest Andréana Elise is a poet, educator, author, and community grower.
In this conversation we explore the burdens placed on the Feminine and how these burdens effect not only women, but all members of communities, families, and society.
We also discuss the journey of laying down our burdens and how that process likely includes a desire to release the grip of personal history and beliefs that are not based on truth and therefore do not serve our healing and progress.
More to come in part 2.
