Hello everyone it’s John here - welcome back to the Shop Talk Podcast, the educational podcast for salon pros looking to up their game.

Even for being relatively young in his career J has done quite a LOT – Starting in Tampa Fl – Jay and his husband moved to North Dakota where they opened J Ladner Salon and quickly became the talk of the town. After 7 years of ownership, they sold the salon, and following their dreams, moved to LA where they reside today.
