Der Weg ins Paradies Vor langer Zeit reiste ein englischer Lord am Hause eines Reverends vorbei , der den Weg davor pflastern ließ. “Oh, ihr tut ein gutes Werk”, sagte er zu dem Geistlichen, “indem ihr uns den Weg bequemer macht, obwohl dieser Weg nicht ins Paradies führt.” Der Reverend stutzte einen Augenblick und entgegnete dann schlagfertig: “Nein, Mylord, wenn das der Weg ins Paradies wäre, würde ich sie bestimmt nicht darauf getroffen haben.”
