They work with young men who have been in jail or have had trouble with the law and believe that everyone needs a blueprint to achieve success. The program requires completion of a savings of $1500, purchase of a cash car, and four months of continuous work in order to graduate from the program. 4:13 Strong helps these young men understand that they can have a different normal than what they had before and really change their lives.
