She shares the idea of having your purpose merge with the happiness of where you are at in life and the vision that inspires your future. Through shifts in your mindset, Cricket suggests that unintentional thoughts drive your emotions and behaviour which can influence us to feel stuck within negative situations. She suggests that through a change in our thinking, we will see a change in our results as well.
