Welcome back, Familia! It's time for another inspiring episode in our "50 Stories for 50 Years" series. Today marks our 23rd episode, and we have a short but powerful interview lined up for you.

Join host Demian Servín Hernández as he speaks with Natalie Davila-Rendon, a systems engineer at Lockheed Martin and a true powerhouse in the STEM community. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Natalie pursued Electrical Engineering at the Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico and furthered her education with a Masters in Electrical Engineering and Systems Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and Johns Hopkins University, respectively.

Natalie's journey with SHPE began during her undergrad when she discovered a flier promoting SHPE’s scholarship program. From there, her involvement skyrocketed as she took on leadership roles, including Chapter President. Today, as a Lifetime Member and a member of the National Board of Directors, Natalie continues to advocate for the SHPE Familia.

In this episode, Natalie shares how SHPE helped her fund her education and land her dream job at NASA. She emphasizes the importance of SHPE in her career and encourages the future Hispanic STEM community to leverage SHPE as a vehicle for achieving their goals.
