The contractor, Signal Restoration along with AZ Demolition, is onsite and ready to complete the final phase of demolition of Legado Apartments. Initially they will be clearing and separating the debris away from the parking structure, with the actual demolition of the concrete parking structure and clean-up/haul-off most likely starting next week. Demolition will continue through mid-August as crews work Monday through Friday to clean up the project area. At this time Florentine Eastbound remains closed until further notice per directions from the Fire Marshall for the safety and security of our community. Further updates are to be communicated as...
