It’s arguably one of the most famous divorces of all time: Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston. They were the ultimate power couple of the early 2000s, publicly sharing their engagement, home renovation updates, playful arguments and plans for a family in a way that made the masses feel close to them. But in 2004, their apparent openness only made the world more shocked and devastated when Brad abruptly left Jen and started a family with Angelina Jolie.
In this episode, we look back at the early days of their relationship up through their shocking separation statement issued on the last day of a romantic getaway. We talk Jen’s healing after the breakup before continuing with Brad and Angelina’s story in next week’s episode.
