Today we are chatting with Wade Little from Moira Brothers Properties.
Wade, born and raised in Belleville, has always had a passion for everything real estate. A teacher turned entrepreneur, he purchased his first investment property 3 years ago and has not looked back since.
After his first house he quickly went on to obtain his mortgage license, and then went on to create his own real estate company "Moira Brothers Properties". Wade is now currently enrolled in courses with HCRA to become a registered home builder in Ontario.
Wade started his company on the foundation of giving back to the community he is proud to call home. Moira Brothers Properties strives to create better, more affordable homes, for people in the Bay of Quinte Region.
