Holiday Loneliness is a real thing!

There are singles who are challenged with loneliness throughout the year, and then there are singles who are very comfortable with their singleness. To understand that you don’t need a romantic partner to find fulfillment is critical to healthy living, but yet even those who are secure in thier singleness can find it more challenging to deal with holiday loneliness.

During Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years singles are constantly reminded they are single.
