Lindsay interviews Amber Susa, Founder and Owner of Allomi, a holistic health and healing studio in Redondo Beach that focuses on movement, meditation, and mindfulness- offering classes from yoga and breathwork to Reiki, acupuncture, Plyojam cardio dance fitness and intuitive coaching. She is also a writer/performer of her one-woman-show, “Waking Up To All Of Me,” about her personal battle between the Ego and the Soul and learning to distinguish between the two which came to a head with her own divorce and struggle with alcohol. In this episode she shares her beautiful yet tough journey with us, and more importantly, the wisdom she’s gained from it.
