In 2007 after being accused of stealing $16,000 from her father, Lucy Studey told police a wild story of kidnapping, potential rape, and murder. She stated her father had been killing transient women for 30+ years and having her and her siblings help dispose of bodies. It wasn't until Donald's death in 2013, that Lucy brought up the allegations once again finally getting police to taker her seriously.
