29 Huwapa nguvu wazimiao, humwongezea nguvu yeye asiyekuwa na uwezo.
30 Hata vijana watazimia na kuchoka, na wanaume vijana wataanguka;
31 bali wao wamngojeao Bwana watapata nguvu mpya; watapanda juu kwa mbawa kama tai; watapiga mbio, wala hawatachoka; watakwenda kwa miguu, wala hawatazimia.
