He launched on the music scene back in 1967 as a founding member of the ground breaking band, Vanilla Fudge. His storied career included launching Cactus, Beck/Bogert/Appice and playing with Rod Stewart on 4 of his albums. You can find Carmine playing in numerous other bands and on nearly 100 albums. In September of 2014, award-winning program director Ray White sat down with Carmine at his hotel to talk about several of Carmine's recording projects and his future plans at that time. His latest albums are Guitar Zeus 25th Anniversary, Tightrope (Cactus) and Vanilla Zeppelin. In our showcase segment, we feature a musician known as "Slowhand," - Eric Clapton.
