Ever wonder how you used to get so much done when you worked a normal 9 to 5; and now that you’re your own boss it seems impossible to maintain forward momentum. And why have you been staring at a wall for 45 minutes? It’s still white. Well a lot of this slow productivity comes from a lack of structure that used to be provided by a regular job.   • Get your exercise done early
  • Create an individualized productivity system outline
  • At least be productive...even on days that suck.
